With the Arsoning mission now serving as a key motivator for fires in the city, it is important to ensure our paramedics remain actively engaged with side missions. Increase the frequency of fire events across the board, and rebalance Arson fires to be the most rewarding fire category. Create a new category Urgent or Priority for Arson fires, providing substantial bonuses to reflect their intensity and importance. Increase the reward for Easy, Medium, and Hard fires (perhaps consider the distance) in the calculation.
Yes, long overdue. Review the prices of all fish and the math behind their market value. Freshwater fish should be more valuable at the next iteration.

Remove sliders, they make no sense. Add index counter, show which number you currently have selected. Allow wraparound so you can quickly navigate to end slot by going left from the first slot.
Make things a easier for people new to custom skins, and those who have used them before, by allowing players to select a premade outfit.
Currently the sliders for parent mixing/skin tone does nothing. With the upcoming switch to custom skins this should be fixed as a priority.
A much-requested feature over the years has always been more emergency-related clothing, with the implementation of the EUP pack on the server, a lot more personal and unique clothing customization options will become available to everyone.
This new clothing will allow players to explore their custom police outfits as everyone transitions to custom skin only.

Combine chat command suggestions and the /commands command to use a single source of data, so all server commands would be in a single list, easily available for sorting.
We have too much information on the chat, so we will move some info to the bottom of the screen with the brand-new OST to improve the readability. We will refactor police notifications to be more direct and concise. These notifications will be sent above the mini-map instead of flooding the chat.

The Fisher skill would be redesigned as the “Survivalist” skill that would also include benefits for Hunting activities. The high-level concept for this skill would be a player who masters the arts of Survival, including fishing and hunting.

Cop Balance
- - Increase pay for arrests with respective bonuses outside the city
- - Strike-strips delay. Lower the deployment delay. Cops may only carry 3 spike strips.
- - Lower price of supers cars to 3 police credits, normal police vehicles free, up to 2 2 credits,
- - 1 police activity = 1 credit (e.g. arrest)
- - Add Carbine MK2 AR for the default police loadout (500 ammo). Give more ammo in general.
- - Add more static spawns for police supers at the PDs
- - Add static spawns for nokotas and predators around the map
- - Remove Fort Zancudo spawns for the Air Support division. Add police garage at LSIA (with aircraft)
- Resisting Arrest will no longer decay when near cops. This replaces timers causing odd scenarios.
- Using aircraft/bikes/boats/being on the water will trigger a permanent resisting arrest (as long as cops are nearby).
- Shooting at police officers will automatically trigger a felony.

An exclusive voice chat channel for Police and Paramedics to coordinate efforts.
With the recent changes to ragdoll, pistols in drive-by would help balance things out a little bit.
By default, all vehicles will have armored tires. Spike strips remain an effective tool for the police.
- Remove Armored tires from Workshops.
Per the community poll results, we will revert all ragdoll mechanics to GTA V vanilla.
Find a skin that better matches the 'terrorist' vibe, not escaped convicts as this could be confusing on a CnR server.
Also has been reported that the current skins are difficult to spot in some locations so a more visible skin should be used.
Mid-health plants are dying too frequently, look to improve this
- Civilians being released from jail or on a jailbreak will always spawn outside MRPD.
- Police Officers' spawns will always be near doors (in case they have a hit, they can easily exit).
- Lower the price to remove a Manhunt at a hideout making it dynamic: 50k -150k range. Keep the wanted level.
- Adjust the price for Disappearers to be dynamic based on the heat level (50k to 150k). Disappearers also remove the wanted level.

With the upcoming changes to the Paramedics, we see an opportunity to rework and add new Drugs to be exclusively produced by Drug Dealers that would offer new boosts to civilians and make this skill more relevant in the game mode.
